There is a growing belief that it’s okay to not want nice things and take easy routes towards success; as if you'll find your great life by simply cruising through everyday tasks without pushing yourself too hard or worrying about what might go wrong!
The idea that you should just give up and not try hard enough seems counterintuitive coming from people who have been successful, but it's an increasingly popular opinion in our society.
Blake is passionate about this being horrible advice-- ironically coming form those with a ton of work ethic towards achieving their current standing at life.
